I understand and acknowledge that using the East Quarter/Faction Play facilities involves inherent risks, such as accidents, injuries, illness, or even death. I assume all risk of injuries associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather effects (like high heat and humidity), and any other known risks.

I acknowledge my responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological limitations that could affect my participation. I confirm that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the activities I choose.

Having read this waiver and understanding these facts, in consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, and RELEASE East Quarter and Faction Play, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims arising out of my use of the facilities.
