Please note: These classes are held only for East Quarter residents and business tenants. Be prepared to be challenged mentally and physically. High intensity workout of full body movements, joint activation, mobility work—this group play time has it all. Classes offered three times a week: Tuesday's @ 12:30am Wednesday's @ 5:30pm Saturday's @ 10:00am
